It’s that time of year again. The air turns crisper and the leaves shift to warmer hues, inviting everyone to turn inward. Sweaters emerge from the old storage box, while tank tops take a break until next summer. During this cozy time, why not curl up around a warm bowl of chili?
In all seriousness, it’s one of my favorite times of the year. I love stepping outside and feeling the warm sun on my face contrasted against the cool, crisp air. I love the sound and smell of crunching leaves under my boots. It’s a sensory heaven.
During fall, I love making chili. I try to make it as often as possible. I can’t get enough. I love it so much that I make an annual piece of art about it, called Chili Season. This is my FIFTH year making art about chili season. If you’d like to receive my guide to Chili Season, join my monthly art club for $6.
